Location: Europe-based (Remote) Type: FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) Start Date: June 2025 (TBC) The Role: We're seeking a UI Design Specialist to enhance and expand the visual design framework for our cutting-edge sports digital platform. This position supports the UI Design Lead in constructing interface components while ensuring each element meets rigorous visual, functional, and technical requirements. You'll be tasked with generating precise, high-quality design assets that integrate seamlessly with engineering, demonstration, and client-facing materials. Additionally, you'll provide sophisticated visual support to the Demo and Brand Team for critical presentations, pitch materials, and product demonstrations. The perfect candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and confidence in managing a continuous workflow of complex, precision-driven tasks within an evolving design ecosystem. What You'll Do: - Craft and implement UI modules aligned with established design guidelines, supporting feature deployment across diverse sports and viewing environments - Generate and export graphic assets with exact specifications, maintaining consistency across multiple devices and formats - Assist the Demo and Brand Team in developing sophisticated presentation visuals for client interactions - Contribute to documentation and maintenance of scalable asset libraries for product and marketing purposes - Collaborate closely with Design Lead to ensure unified visual language across platform and related media - Manage production priorities and versioning requirements in a multi-output workflow What You Will Bring: - Minimum 3 years of digital product UI design experience - Exceptional detail orientation and ability to execute visual and technical specifications precisely - Demonstrated expertise in managing and organizing design assets within complex systems - Advanced proficiency in Figma and standard design asset production tools - Exceptional communication and time management skills when handling multiple concurrent tasks - Capacity to receive direction and execute independently with minimal supervision - Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced work environments Bonus: - Background in designing immersive, spatial, or XR interfaces - Knowledge of sports, live events, or fan engagement platforms - Capability to support brand and marketing deliverables alongside product development Benefits: This represents a Nexus-driven role embedded in a highly collaborative, partner-focused development environment.
