UserWise Services is hiring a Senior Game Designer (Generalist)

We're seeking a Senior Game Designer to embark on our mission of crafting exceptional player-focused experiences! Our partners include renowned IPs and leading publishers across mobile and hybrid-casual gaming platforms. Location: Remote Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: - Craft and develop core-loops, systems, gameplay, and reward mechanisms for casual/hybrid casual games. - Champion feature designs and guide them through production to release and live-ops. - Partner with Design & Product Management to brainstorm, create, and refine features. - Collaborate with UX and UI to construct wireframes and flows that enhance feature design. - Engage with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented. - Generate post-launch/live-ops features by integrating events supporting the game's entire lifecycle. - Articulate and maintain a comprehensive game design perspective to facilitate production and evaluate concepts. - Propose innovative solutions to address complex challenges and enhance player experience. - Analyze competitor game systems, loops, and features. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years experience designing features and developing live-service games. - Comprehensive understanding and expertise in core-loop, gameplay, and systems design. - Demonstrated success in gameplay, game system design, balancing, and live-ops strategies. - Familiarity with game engines like Unity is advantageous. - Player-centered design approach with strong player empathy. - Understanding additional design domains beyond gameplay and systems is beneficial. - Genuine passion for gaming and game creation. - Awareness of contemporary mobile gaming trends. - Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities. - English language fluency.
