Videray Technologies, Inc. was looking for an U.S. Federal Government Sales & Strategic Engagement Manager

Videray Technologies, Inc. is seeking a U.S. Federal Government Sales & Strategic Engagement Manager to build our presence and credibility across federal and government-related entities. This is a relationship-driven, strategic commercial role focused on fostering long-term institutional relationships, engaging early in operational needs, and developing opportunities within public-sector environments.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with U.S. Federal Agencies, state and government-affiliated organizations, technical users, program managers, and acquisition stakeholders.
  • Represent Videray in meetings, briefings, demonstrations, and industry engagement activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government-facing commercial interactions in the U.S.
  • Engage with agencies early in the acquisition lifecycle to understand emerging operational needs and provide technical insight.
  • Participate in pre-solicitation activities such as RFIs, industry days, and technical briefings.
  • Coordinate with distributors and integrators while maintaining Videray's strategic visibility and positioning.
  • Identify non-traditional or grant-based funding opportunities that may support equipment acquisition.
  • Provide continuous feedback on government market perception, competitive landscape, and emerging agency priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between government stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations).
  • Work closely with Videray Ambassadors to maximize reach and credibility.
  • Support Local Partners and integrators without competing against them.

Nice to Have

  • Develop working knowledge of U.S. government acquisition frameworks and procurement processes.
  • Develop working knowledge of international and government-funded programs (INL, FMS, U.S. State Department and DOJ assistance programs, UN funds).
