Tribe Labs is seeking individuals to provide live written commentary for sports including Rugby Union, Rugby League, and Football (Soccer). The role is remote, with commentating done from home by watching games on TV, and candidates are assessed based on a trial match. Success in the trial can lead to paid opportunities covering live matches on an on-demand basis.
What You'll Do
- Provide live written commentary for sports matches, primarily Rugby Union, Rugby League, and Football (Soccer)
- Watch games on TV and deliver real-time written commentary
- Complete a trial match as part of the application process
- Cover live matches on an on-demand basis, with potential to transition to Half-Time or Full-Time roles
What We're Looking For
- The ability to write well under pressure
- The ability to type quickly
- A good knowledge and understanding of the sport you are commentating
Nice to Have
- Availability on Saturday afternoons / evenings
- Prior experience in commentating matches
- Being an active user of the Tribe app or familiarity with existing commentaries in the app
