BizForce is looking for a Triage Nurse (Cardiology) to join our remote clinical team. In this permanent work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing calls, inquiries, and coordinating information flow to ensure timely care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming triage calls and assess patient needs.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding prescriptions and care instructions.
- Route messages and clinical information to the appropriate providers in a timely manner.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
What We're Looking For
- Active California USRN or LVN license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a triage or patient-facing role.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours.
Nice to Have
- EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred.
