Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is looking for a Risk Management Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who isn’t afraid to ask tough questions, propose thoughtful risk assessments, and help us build practical solutions that reduce operational risk across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage information collection and prepare submissions for insurance renewals and audits.
- Assist and coordinate budgeting for insurance renewals and overall department spend tracking and trending analysis.
- Collect and submit claims data for annual independent actuarial review; monitor and report development.
- Coordinate, process, and manage all billing and payments for our department with AP systems and ensure accurate approvals are granted, including claims and service payments, letters of credit due, and monopolistic state premium payments.
- Assist and monitor reporting and oversight of captive losses and expenses and requirements; provide profitability analysis as required, working with the Controllers Group, Tax, brokers, captive insurance company, and independent actuary.
- Coordinate certificate of insurance requests, ensuring timely delivery and compliance; direct incoming certificates to proper fielding questions.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials as necessary; assist the Director on special projects as they arise.
- Report incoming claims, set up files, and monitor them; set monthly or quarterly review meetings with all relevant participants.
- Coordinate and support insurance broker and insurer meetings and relationships.
- Assist the Director in reviewing risk management contractual requirements; prepare templates and training materials.
What We're Looking For
- A B.A. or B.S. in business, economics, accounting, or risk management.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance or Risk Management.
- Strong organization and analytical skills; detail oriented.
- An effective and respectful communicator, with good judgment and ability to think objectively.
- Adaptive to constantly evolving priorities and deadlines.
- A high degree of discretion, given exposure to confidential information (including HIPAA-regulated data).

You will assist the Director and report directly to them.
