Kraken is looking for a Treasury Analyst, ALM to enhance our balance sheet analytics and risk reporting through automation and data connectivity. You'll create effective dashboards, develop liquidity models, and collaborate across business lines to build deep product knowledge at our mission-focused, crypto-native company.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain management reporting for balance sheet analytics, risk (liquidity, market, and credit), and investments.
Develop and maintain liquidity stress tests and models.
Integrate cash flow and liquidity reporting in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
Enhance liquidity and ALM reporting at the legal entity level.
Participate in cross-functional working groups to design and evolve balance sheet costing frameworks and capital allocation methodologies.
Assist in Committee and Board presentations.
Assist with counterparty due diligence and onboarding.
Collaborate with Treasury disciplines and organizational partners to ensure data alignment and quality assurance.
Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree with credentials in finance, economics, and/or a quantitative field.
Advanced knowledge of data and database structures and API/backend connectivity, BIS analytics, and statistical models.
Advanced quantitative and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps, SQL, R, Python, and Tableau.
Ability to work with large volumes of data leveraging spreadsheets and models.
Knowledge of risk management principles, stress testing, and statistical modeling.
Exercises effective project management, relationship building, and communication skills.
Self-starter and proactive communicator.
Takes ownership and executes on deliverables with a sense of accountability, commitment, energy, and execution.
Team player with an ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Attention to detail with a drive to solve problems, investigate issues, and creative thinking.

Nice to Have

Treasury experience at a multinational entity.
Demonstrable knowledge and passion about cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

You'll join the ALM Treasury team, collaborating closely with other Treasury disciplines and partners across the organization.
