Deliver exceptional service to high-value travelers as a Traveler Support Specialist with a leading tech-forward travel organization. Operating in a fully remote environment, you'll serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless, discreet, and thoughtful resolution of complex travel needs across international time zones.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, proactive support to travelers with evolving and sensitive itineraries
- Resolve issues efficiently by collaborating with internal teams and leveraging your attention to detail
- Anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect a deep understanding of travel logistics
- Maintain a high standard of discretion and professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written
- At least three years of experience in travel, hospitality, or premium customer-facing roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support global travelers
- Familiarity with service platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Experience in international or cross-cultural environments is a strong plus
- Additional language skills are valued
