OnSpot Travel Solutions is seeking a Traveler Support Specialist fluent in French and English to provide high-touch, concierge-level support for premium and luxury travelers. This remote role involves managing complex, sensitive traveler situations with autonomy and discretion, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, personalized travel experiences.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted point of contact for high-value travelers

What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments and related industries
- Full flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of tourist destinations
- Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
- Fluency in a third language
