Destination Knot is looking for a Travel Support Specialist – Client Services to deliver outstanding support and manage the logistical details for our clients' travel plans. You will serve as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring a seamless journey from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing all pre-travel, on-trip, and post-travel communications and needs.
- Coordinate complex travel logistics, including bookings, itinerary changes, and special accommodations.
- Proactively resolve client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and trip documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing travel support, concierge, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic tone.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
