Responsibilities
- Monitor global security developments impacting travel operations
- Assess threat levels for destinations with operational presence
- Produce travel risk advisories for personnel deployment
- Coordinate pre-travel briefings and documentation
- Maintain databases of travel itineraries and personnel locations
- Support emergency response planning for travel incidents
- Collaborate with operations teams on deployment timelines
- Review visa and entry requirements for international travel
- Track geopolitical developments affecting access and movement
- Provide real-time security updates during active travel periods
- Evaluate accommodations and transit routes for safety standards
- Assist in developing travel security policies and procedures
- Liaise with external security providers and local partners
- Compile incident reports related to travel disruptions
- Ensure compliance with internal security protocols
- Identify high-risk regions requiring enhanced precautions
- Support medical and evacuation planning for remote locations
- Verify communication plans for teams in low-connectivity areas
- Analyze historical incident data to inform travel decisions
- Deliver post-travel debriefs and lessons learned
