Lead the advancement of clinical care as a Nurse Trainer within a progressive medspa environment. You'll design and refine treatment protocols to ensure every service meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. Working primarily from a remote setting, you'll deliver comprehensive training to nursing and esthetic staff through virtual and on-site sessions, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for consistent patient care.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update standardized clinical procedures for medspa treatments
- Lead remote and in-person training programs for clinical team members
- Conduct audits to evaluate treatment delivery and team performance
- Support the launch of new locations by guiding clinical setup and staff onboarding
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in dermatology, medspa, or wellness clinical settings preferred
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training and site visits
