Key Responsibilities
- Create and update standardized treatment protocols to ensure consistency and safety
- Lead remote and in-person training sessions for clinical staff

- Support new location launches with hands-on training and onboarding
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Proven experience in aesthetic or skincare treatments

- Flexibility to travel as needed for in-person engagements
