ManpowerGroup is looking for a Travel and Expense Contact Center Advisor to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. You will centralize procurement support and deliver knowledgeable expertise to internal business partners and external suppliers via chat and ticketing.
What You'll Do
- Learn, retain, interpret, and apply applicable policies and procurement processes at a high level.
- Respond to incoming requests from business requestors and suppliers on procurement and Travel & Expense matters.
- Greet and converse with business requestors in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Create and amend tickets in Salesforce for each customer interaction to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Assist end users with live support via Zoom.
- Address queries related to status of PRs, POs, approvals, expense reports, and Pcards; expense report submission; teaching stakeholders to raise purchase requisitions; and supplier inquiries.
- Direct and redirect internal customers to relevant teams as needed.
- Route queries to the correct cross-functional teams.
- Notify users of routed tickets, track open requests, and facilitate ticket closure or reissuance.
- Perform tasks with the goal of improving customer experience through first contact resolution while maintaining appropriate handling times.
