Kalibrate is seeking a Trauma Specialized Independent Mental Health Therapist to provide remote counseling and therapy via telemedicine to patients of Community Health Center partners. In this role, you will focus on a 'say yes' first clinical model to treat patients where they are.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.
- Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Review, sign, and maintain clinical records including Psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Document all services and patient activities in compliance with clinical, contractual, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education/training.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in state of primary residence AND state where medical services are provided (must have active, unrestricted license in California).
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Patient-first mindset.
Nice to Have
- Trained and/or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Theory, or Family Systems (IFS).

You will collaborate closely with a Multidisciplinary Team in a clinician-founded and operated, collaborative, remote-first environment.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 with primary residence located in CA.
