Reporting to the Head of Translational Operations, you will lead a team of 5-7 scientists and operations specialists.

- Experience with regulatory affairs and clinical trial management, and familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods.
- Knowledge of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning, and familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, and familiarity with quality assurance and control processes.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, and experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
