About the Role

The Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring all real estate transactions progress smoothly from start to finish by managing documentation, timelines, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage transaction timelines from offer acceptance to closing
  • Prepare and organize all required documentation for real estate deals
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on transaction status
  • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and agents as needed
  • Verify contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the internal transaction management system
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule and confirm key milestones including inspections and appraisals
  • Follow up on outstanding documents or approvals to prevent delays
  • Assist in resolving issues that may arise during the transaction process
  • Ensure all signatures are collected and properly executed
  • Review closing statements for accuracy before finalization
  • Support internal teams with status updates and documentation requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and transaction information
  • Adhere to internal procedures for risk management and quality control

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a transaction or closing coordinator
  • Knowledge of local real estate market practices
  • Experience working remotely in a structured environment
  • Background in customer service within real estate or related field

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
