Essentia Health is hiring a Training Manager for Revenue Cycle Services to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting operational excellence. This remote role manages a team of analysts and works closely with operational leaders to align training with process improvement initiatives across the healthcare system.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting operational excellence across all revenue cycle functions.
- Manage a team of process and training analysts who create and maintain workflows, training materials, and performance support tools.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure staff are effectively prepared to meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
- Oversee training schedules, quality assurance programs, and monitor program effectiveness.
- Drive consistency in processes and education across the revenue cycle organization.
- Manage all performance indicators and standard of work tools.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders by attending requested meetings, project workgroups, and other collaboration efforts.
- Provide necessary standard of work knowledge during development of acquisitions and new service lines.
- Ensure growth opportunities for staff, balance FTEs in accordance with volumes, and manage performance development for staffing.
- Assist directors, operation managers, administrative operations, and other stakeholders as applicable.
- Complete projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare business operations in a clinic or hospital setting, or related healthcare industry, including demonstrated leadership ability.
- Associate’s degree or higher. Must obtain a bachelor’s degree within two years of hire or transfer date.
