About the Role

ARRISE is looking for a Training Manager to oversee and manage product training and development. You will join a community of over 12,000 professionals, partnering with industry leaders to deliver world-class gaming experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Report directly to the Head of QC & Training and collaborate closely to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities.
  • Implement strategies to increase product knowledge of the trainees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training standards are being met.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the training process.
  • Provide regular reports on training activities to senior management.
  • Coordinate team member activity to fulfil the department's objectives in a timely manner.
  • Lead the team of supervisors and training specialists to ensure processes are aligned with company standards and procedures.
  • Meet the department’s KPIs established on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Create and conduct individual meetings, training programs, and workshops for team members needing additional training.
  • Control the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team supervisors to ensure the department's entire workload is complete according to approved KPIs.
  • Create, check, and update all internal department documentation, procedures (SOPs), and databases.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual feedback and evaluation to the line manager on the quality of work for each team member.
  • Prepare and guide managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee development.
  • Analyze and report performance process trends along with suggestions for improvement.
  • Define, implement, measure, analyze, improve, and control different reporting solutions according to project and client needs.
  • Actively participate in the planning and testing of newly introduced products.
  • Actively participate in the performance evaluation process of your team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum three years of managerial experience, demonstrating effective leadership of teams comprising 20 or more members.
  • Strong leadership mentality, guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Assertive and proactive individual with a proven ability to drive projects independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, capable of devising and implementing long-term organizational goals.
  • Essential decision-making and problem-solving skills critical for navigating complex challenges.
  • Process and people-oriented, with a track record of maintaining a positive work environment and developing teams.
  • Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track organizational performance.
  • Proficient in navigating Microsoft Office applications for efficient task management and documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Previous experience leading a training department and familiarity with the gaming industry.
