Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones
- Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
- Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
- Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry

Compensation
Weekly Competitive Pay: $16.50-19.30/hr
Additional Information
- Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted)
- Work is outdoors in various conditions
- Shifts may start as early as 6AM and go into late afternoon
- Position is dispatched directly from home to job sites
- Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles in as little as 30-90 days
- Opportunities for travel as Flagger Force expands across the U.S.
- Employee must obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ in height
- Approved two-way radios required
