Responsibilities
- Monitor and update trademark filing deadlines across multiple countries
- Enter and validate case data in the internal docketing system
- Identify potential conflicts or timing issues in trademark timelines
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure procedural accuracy
- Review trademark documents for completeness and consistency
- Track status changes in trademark applications and registrations
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence and filings
- Support the coordination of foreign associate instructions
- Verify jurisdiction-specific requirements for trademark renewals and responses
- Flag upcoming deadlines and required actions to relevant team members
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control standards
- Assist in the development of process improvements for docketing workflows
- Respond to internal inquiries about case status and deadlines
- Perform regular audits of docketed entries for data integrity
- Stay current with changes in trademark rules and procedures
- Input new matters into the case management system
- Generate reports on docketed items as needed
- Support the timely preparation of trademark submissions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and case information
- Work closely with paralegals and legal specialists on case updates
