About the Role
The individual in this position will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful onboarding, integration, and long-term engagement of strategic clients, ensuring technical and operational alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for strategic partners
- Serve as a primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical requirements
- Track and report on integration milestones and deliverables
- Identify and resolve client-facing technical challenges
- Maintain documentation for integration workflows
- Support the development of partnership success metrics
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and client teams
- Monitor client health and proactively address risks
- Contribute to process improvements for scalability
- Assist in post-integration support and optimization
- Manage timelines and dependencies across stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Participate in client review meetings and status updates
- Translate technical details into clear client communications
