Cottingham & Butler Claims Services is looking for a TPA General Liability Claims Adjuster to manage complex liability claims remotely. You will focus on construction defect while deepening your expertise in general liability, contributing to a culture committed to being better every day.
What You'll Do
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex general liability claims, with a focus on construction defect.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to manage claims.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling general liability claims.
- Familiarity with state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing requirements.
- Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience handling construction defect claims.
