Chubb is seeking a Tourist Auto Executive to serve and support active agents selling Northbound and Southbound Tourist Auto insurance policies. You will be responsible for contract maintenance, ensuring policy integration, and managing collection metrics to support our cross-border insurance business.
What You'll Do
- Attend to and service active agents selling Tourist Auto policies, exceeding their service expectations.
- Maintain active agent contracts and perform annual due diligence for management sign-off, verifying proper licensing and documentation.
- Monitor that 100% of policies issued via web platforms integrate correctly into Chubb's accounting systems and create work orders for WL tourist policies.
- Maintain collection indicators at 90% for less than 60 days and 10% between 61 to 120 days maximum.
- Develop the general product and system capabilities and knowledge for the sales force under your charge.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative careers, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of automobile insurance.
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) for interaction with agents in the USA.
- 2 or more years of experience in the automobile insurance sector, as well as in service and administration areas.
