To maintain exceptional customer experiences, we require a methodical, communicative, and proactive Sales and Service Coordinator who will maintain connections between sales, service, and logistics. What You'll Do As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you'll serve as the central operational nexus for our team in Norway or Finland, guaranteeing continuous alignment between customers, field engineers, and sales teams. You will: - Serve as primary contact for customers and internal teams, managing inquiries and service requests with professionalism and empathy - Coordinate sales orders, installations, and deliveries, ensuring smooth progression from quote to invoice - Arrange and support field engineers, maintaining precise calendars, documentation, and logistical coordination - Track inventory, shipments, and replacement components in partnership with logistics and European operational teams - Facilitate financial processes, generating invoices, monitoring payments, and resolving financial discrepancies - Record and report customer interactions, service activities, and operational data to support continuous enhancement Who You Are You're a structured problem-solver who thrives on taking ownership and introducing organization to complex operational environments.
