Lyra Technology Group, through its operating company Tech-Keys, is seeking an experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be embedded at a client headquarters as part of their IT team, providing critical technical support and system maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and support computer systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Provide both remote and onsite technical support to client end-users.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, issues, and implemented solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT engineering and/or customer-facing technical support.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with core networking concepts and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and clear communication skills.

- Salary up to $70,000 per year, based on your experience.
