The Wills Group, Inc. is looking for a Food Service Operations Coordinator to provide support to the Sr. Manager, Food Service for smooth and efficient management of our food service program. You will manage vendor order guides, coordinate the supply chain, and assist with training and new product rollouts.

What You'll Do

Place all food service orders for new store openings and manage vendor order guides for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all food service equipment settings are accurate and updated based on the foodservice menu.
Hold weekly vendor calls to ensure adequate supply chain on food ingredients and packaging.
Act as primary point of contact for store-related foodservice issues.
Create, refine, and adjust job aids as needed.
Routinely visit Dash In locations to ensure compliance with foodservice program quality, accuracy, availability, and timeliness.
Assist store teams during Grand Opening Events and New Store Openings.
Support the Sr. Manager, Food Service with training session preparation and new food service rollouts.
Utilize analytical tools (PDI Insights + Power BI) to gain food service sales insights and assist in developing presentations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality; equivalent relevant progressive experience and a minimum of high school diploma will also be considered.
Minimum 3-years experience managing food service operations.
Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship or C2C opportunities).
Basic knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality standards.
Experience managing supply chain operations, including vendor and delivery coordination.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Computer skills (Office 365 Software Suite).
