AllShore Talent is recruiting an Outpost Project Manager for The Church of Eleven22. This role is pivotal for the logistics, systems, and operational growth of the Eleven22 Outpost Ministry, serving as the primary link between outpost hosts and the online pastor to ensure each outpost is fully resourced and supported for ministry success.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with central ministries to implement ministry initiatives online for Outposts.
- Ensure Outpost Ministry activities align with the mission, vision, and core values of Eleven22.
- Build, lead, and shepherd serve staff teams to accomplish ministry objectives in the online space.
- Foster a supportive environment for online serve staff teams by creating weekly digital gatherings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all active and prospective Outpost hosts.
- Drive all operational aspects of the Outpost Ministry, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all Outpost locations.
- Oversee serve staff onboarding and background checks for new Outpost hosts.
- Manage and ship Outpost resource boxes and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Partner with Communications, merch, and logistics teams to plan and distribute all Outpost materials.
- Update website details to ensure Outpost locations are accurate and visible online.
- Collaborate to build and maintain a password-protected Outpost leader resource portal.
- Schedule and coordinate Outpost leader interviews for the Online Pastor.
- Facilitate connection requests for individuals interested in joining or launching an Outpost.
- Partner with internal ministry teams on new initiatives, campaigns, and resource rollouts.
- Assist in developing and scheduling training sessions and coaching programs for Outpost hosts.
- Maintain up-to-date Outpost listings, contact records, and reporting metrics.
- Track and report key Outpost Ministry performance indicators.
- Partner with the central ministries team to provide pastoral care and shepherding to the online congregation.
- Support Outposts by checking in regularly in virtual groups and providing resources.
- Periodically assist with online chat rooms, worship gatherings, or digital disciple group logistics.
- Collaborate with the Online Pastor to enhance online engagement systems and digital discipleship pathways.
