Allianz is looking for a TEX Business Manager to join the Global P&C Head Office. You will work closely with the Head of Global P&C and the leadership team, participating in strategic projects and serving as a key communications interface to stakeholders within and outside the Allianz Group.
What You'll Do
- Support the Head of Global P&C in their day-to-day role and the delivery of Global P&C priorities and strategic ambitions.
- Collaborate with Group and OE representatives to prepare meetings and communications, conduct analyses, and facilitate decision making.
- Prepare top-management presentations including alignment with key stakeholders and then drive follow-up actions.
- Participate in projects requiring the attention or representation of the Head of Global P&C and handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests from external as well as internal stakeholders.
- Take on responsibility for departmental topics such as communications or budget management.
- Organize and oversee Global P&C team events, as well as TEX events including the annual TEX Week conference and Technical Area Forums.
What We're Looking For
- Strong academic track record with relevant studies (Diploma or Master’s degree).
- Fully fluent in spoken & written English, additional languages are a plus.
- Very strong computer literacy in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience with P&C/technical insurance background, plus experience of strategic as well as operational tasks.
- Pro-active, efficient and independent working style with sense of initiative and able to deliver high-quality results also under time pressure.
- Proven team-player with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to connect different pieces of information and present ideas in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in insurance business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus.
- Experience applying Generative AI tools in daily working situations.
