Tether Operations Limited is hiring a Technical Product Owner to lead the Hadron platform. In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for the product's evolution, sitting at the intersection of institutional client needs, engineering delivery, and regulatory requirements while pioneering our global financial infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap and a clear product vision across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements and maintain the product backlog.
- Coordinate development cycles, feature releases, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones.
- Act as the primary interface between product and engineering, coordinating work with internal engineers and external partners.
- Maintain clear documentation of product features, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Track platform performance, bugs, and technical improvements to ensure long-term scalability.
- Collect and structure feedback from institutional clients and internal teams to improve onboarding and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
- Experience working with financial infrastructure, fintech platforms, or digital assets.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization.
- Proven ability to coordinate engineering teams, manage product roadmaps, and translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
