Sun Life of Canada is hiring a Testing Analyst. Reporting to the Scrum Master, you'll work alongside an agile marketing team within the Client Experience Office, providing professional testing services to enhance marketing deliverables and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Execute testing and validation of marketing campaigns across our secure website, mobile app, email, and call centre channels in both test and production environments.
• Translate requirements into testing data needs from various application source systems.
• Update test data attributes in databases using SQL statements.
• Deliver quality testing artifacts and activities in the Agile pod, including estimates, test scenarios, test cases, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Search or mine for test data in application source systems.
• Provide support with issue resolution in test or production environments.
• Create and maintain regression models and training documentation.
• Partner with Sun Life’s Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) to ensure alignment of practices and guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of test lead experience on small to medium projects in multi-web browser and multi-mobile device testing environments.
• Knowledge and experience in database and data mining using simple SQL statements and data models.
• Experience with digital deployment tools such as SAS and Adobe Campaign.
• Familiarity with the creation and execution of test cases (regression, web, email, etc.).
• Strong, proactive communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to competing demands, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events with a sense of urgency and drive for high efficiency.
• Experience with Jira and Wrike.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in mobile testing tools such as Mobile Center or equivalent.
• CSTE certification or plans to work towards a designation.
