Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and developers to create test strategies and test cases that validate new product features while safeguarding existing functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems that interface with third-party software and hardware components.
• Provide support to internal and external clients for system-level challenges, including setup, configuration, and escalation to development teams when necessary.
• Demonstrate knowledge of communication protocols used in system integration and testing.
• Carry out assigned testing tasks efficiently and within established timelines.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, performance metrics, and identified issues.
