Aristo Sourcing is hiring a full-time Territory/Account Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a remote role focused on outbound lead generation, virtual customer engagement, and expansion of existing business.
What You'll Do
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities.
- Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals.
- Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date CRM data.
- Sell the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy.
- Use in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers.
- Support and maintain digital outreach processes.
- Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in South Africa and the Philippines.
