About the Role

The role involves expanding market presence through direct client engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting distribution channels in assigned states.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business prospects and market expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with distributors to increase product availability
  • Conduct regular field visits to customer and distributor locations
  • Present product solutions to engineering and procurement teams
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide feedback from field interactions to product teams
  • Support bid and quote processes for large projects
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Track and report sales performance metrics monthly
  • Coordinate technical support for customer inquiries
  • Promote product training sessions for partners
  • Manage customer onboarding for new accounts
  • Resolve post-sale service issues in coordination with support teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events
  • Drive adoption of new product lines in existing accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to align campaigns
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of regional sales demand
  • Maintain CRM records for all customer interactions
  • Support pricing strategy implementation in the field
  • Advocate for customer needs in internal planning discussions
  • Follow safety protocols during site visits
  • Uphold brand standards in all customer engagements
