About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a designated region to meet revenue goals and expand market presence through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned states
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to increase market penetration
  • Gather and analyze market data to inform strategy
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
  • Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Support customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Drive adoption of new products through targeted outreach

Travel Requirements

The role may require walking plant floors, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds during site visits or demonstrations.
