About the Role
This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a designated region to meet revenue goals and expand market presence through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned states
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with distribution partners to increase market penetration
- Gather and analyze market data to inform strategy
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Drive adoption of new products through targeted outreach
