About the Role
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners in the Mumbai territory to expand market reach and accelerate sales growth through joint planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in the assigned region
- Manage day-to-day interactions with existing partners
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop sales strategies
- Support partners in lead generation and opportunity conversion
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partner teams
- Ensure partners meet agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs
- Facilitate technical and sales training for partner staff
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with channel partners
- Monitor market trends and partner performance metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations
- Align partner activities with regional sales goals
- Track and report on partner-driven revenue
- Assist in resolving onboarding or integration challenges
- Maintain accurate partner account records
- Drive adoption of sales tools and processes among partners
- Promote certification and competency development
- Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs
- Identify expansion opportunities within partner networks
- Ensure compliance with partnership program requirements
- Gather and relay partner feedback to product and strategy teams
