Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits remotely or on-site
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in automotive or industrial sectors
- Proven track record in account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of technical products and customer applications
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach to problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chassis systems or automotive safety technologies
- Familiarity with OEM sales processes
- B2B sales experience in regulated industries
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics
