About the Role

The ideal candidate will identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships to ensure retention and expansion. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to communicate technical value effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within a defined geographic area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the residential construction industry
  • Present product capabilities to decision-makers through tailored demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Develop account plans to grow revenue from existing customers
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Advocate for customer feedback to influence product development
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and technical solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
  • Support onboarding efforts for newly acquired clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts
  • Deliver regular progress updates to sales leadership
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Address objections with data-driven responses
  • Maintain compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Drive adoption of platform tools through consultative engagement
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to identify upsell opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Contribute to refining sales processes based on field experience
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
