What You'll Do
Set up and deploy enterprise-grade Microsoft desktop operating systems across user devices, ensuring each system meets standardized build and security requirements. Conduct device imaging, configuration, and post-deployment validation to prepare systems for business use.
Deliver remote technical support to resolve desktop-related hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot operating system and application problems, escalating complex cases as needed. Maintain accurate logs of all deployment and support activities.
Perform routine clerical tasks including answering incoming calls, data entry, filing, and processing basic financial records. Support office efficiency through organized administrative practices and adherence to established procedures.
Requirements
Must have completed Matric (Grade 12) with a minimum of 25 points. Demonstrated hands-on experience in enterprise desktop support is essential, along with the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong interest in information technology and end-user computing systems is required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification in desktop support
- Experience in Microsoft Windows enterprise environments
- Familiarity with remote support tools and service-desk workflows
