Big Spaceship is hiring a Temp to Perm Senior Designer

Responsibilities

  • Create digital designs for diverse types of deliverables
  • Work closely with creative teams to build visual campaign systems across digital, out-of-home, display ads, email, and other channels
  • Apply deep understanding of best practices in both digital and traditional media, especially in regulated settings requiring precision and clarity
  • Support concept development with strong design thinking and awareness of current visual trends
  • Help develop pre-production assets including moodboards, storyboards, visual references, and simple prototypes when necessary
  • Collaborate across disciplines, ensuring clear communication and alignment between design, strategy, and production
  • Respond rapidly to feedback and iterate designs while balancing creative goals with business and compliance needs
  • Uphold exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in accuracy-sensitive systems
  • Present design work clearly and confidently, explaining decisions with solid reasoning
