Curriculum Associates is hiring a Temp-Editorial Quality Assurance Specialist Spanish to provide meticulous proofreading and quality assurance for Spanish-language educational products. In this role, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print and digital materials that support accessible learning experiences and improve classrooms for educators and children.
What You'll Do
- Copyedit Spanish-language materials against guidelines to ensure accuracy and correct style.
- Proofread materials against lists of corrections, verifying requested changes have been made.
- Check materials for print conventions such as page numbers, copyright information, and correct facsimile pages.
- Review Spanish-language materials against English materials to ensure parity.
- Serve as a resource for questions about Spanish grammar and company style.
- Accurately record errors found and suggest corrections.
- Adhere to schedules, report on progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Attend and participate in project meetings, documenting and following up on actions.
- Communicate with supervisor regularly, surfacing any roadblocks.
- Undertake other project tasks as required and assigned.

- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $30-$35/hour
- Eligibility to enroll in medical coverage after 90 days if averaging at least 30 hours per week
- Twelve paid holidays for those working more than 20 hours per week
