Urrly is looking for a Telehealth Medical Assistant to ensure smooth and effective virtual care for our cardiology patients. You will own key parts of the patient journey from start to finish, supporting providers and keeping care on track.
What You'll Do
- Prep patients for telehealth visits
- Sit in on live virtual cardiology appointments
- Complete post-visit tasks and follow-ups
- Track and triage daily messages
- Propose labs and tests for NP signature
- Keep patient-provider communication tight
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Accredited Medical Assistant certification
- 1+ year of cardiology or specialty care experience
- Strong tech and video-visit skills
- Able to work hybrid in Columbia, MD
