Tribal Health Connections is hiring Tele-Behavioral Health Counselors to deliver essential mental health services to tribal communities via remote sessions. In this role, you will provide direct counseling support with a focus on cultural sensitivity and respect for community traditions.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group behavioral health counseling sessions via telehealth platforms
- Conduct culturally competent assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to support holistic client care
What We're Looking For
- Valid, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral health counseling
- Understanding of and respect for the cultural values, traditions, and unique healthcare needs of tribal communities
- Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology
