About the Role

The candidate will work across technical and non-technical teams to drive clarity, remove blockers, and maintain strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of AI-driven technology projects from concept to delivery
- Coordinate across engineering, data science, and product teams to align timelines and objectives
- Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress using agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines or quality
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards
- Facilitate regular status updates and steering committee meetings
- Drive cross-border collaboration in a distributed team environment
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders
- Support innovation pipelines by managing proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories
- Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent initiatives
- Champion process improvements to increase project delivery efficiency
