About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluations for patients
- Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based practices
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other providers
- Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
- Adhere to clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives
- Support patient crisis intervention when necessary
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Uphold professional licensure and continuing education requirements
