VetsEZ is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Remote Opportunity)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate statuses.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's brand and attract candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
  • Offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews with candidates to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.
  • Participate in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of recruitment efforts and key metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
