Veeam Software is hiring an Account Executive, Commercial Accounts

About the Role

The Account Executive will identify and pursue new sales opportunities within commercial accounts, building strong relationships and driving adoption of solutions through strategic outreach and needs-based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct strategic sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess customer requirements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline data
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Participate in marketing events and lead-generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with channel partners when applicable
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
  • Manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract execution
  • Use CRM tools to track activities and forecast revenue
  • Support customer onboarding when necessary
  • Develop account plans for key prospects
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements
  • Represent the company at industry events as needed
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
