Accenture is hiring a Technology Platform Engineer to build and manage robust cloud environments for projects and products. You will be responsible for deploying automation pipelines and ensuring our cloud infrastructure is efficient and reliable.
What You'll Do
- Create both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate the processes of environment creation and configuration.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cloud environments to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
