Infosys Consulting seeks a seasoned Technology Lead to act as a Scrum Master, guiding Agile teams focused on Java Spring Boot & Azure. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery, team facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to support both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
Work closely with Product Owners to groom, refine, and prioritize the backlog.
Ensure clarity, completeness, and readiness of user stories for development.
Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) hygiene by tracking sprint tasks, improving workflows, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Participate in technical discussions with engineering and business teams to ensure alignment.
Understand high-level technical concepts around Java Spring Boot and Azure to drive effective team communication.
Work with cross-functional teams such as QA, Architecture, DevOps, and Business to enable seamless delivery.
Facilitate collaboration and dependency management across multiple teams.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of increments.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Experience working with teams developing Java Spring Boot and Azure technologies.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint management, dashboards, and reporting.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or distributed environments.
Ability to support technical discussions and translate functional requirements into team actions.

Nice to Have

Experience in Release Management.
Scrum Master Certification.
Prior experience with large-scale enterprises or FMCG clients.
