Wipro is hiring a Technology Architect to ensure the successful design and implementation of enterprise systems. In this role, you will translate client needs into robust technical solutions, managing projects from conception through to delivery and optimization for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Meet with IT leadership to determine current and future business requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems to decide between upgrades or new installations.
- Develop and present design ideas and system schematics.
- Project manage the design and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with software developers on system software needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Oversee all aspects of system integration.
- Measure performance of upgraded or newly installed systems.
- Train staff on new system procedures.
- Provide post-installation analysis and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Previous work experience as a technical architect.
- Proven managerial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize big-picture designs from basic specifications.
- Ability to problem-solve complex IT issues.
