JLL is looking for a Technician to join the team managing the APAC Tower, a high-rise building in Bangkok. You will be responsible for maintaining building control systems, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to tenant requests. You will work shifts to handle emergencies and support on-site exhibitions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain control systems and equipment installed within the building.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Complete assigned checklists from the Engineer and Senior Technician.
- Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants.
- Fully inspect all electrical, pneumatic, climate controls, and valves.
- Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperatures.
- Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or a related field.
- Availability to work in shifts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in preventive maintenance and building systems for high-rise buildings.
- An electrical license will be an advantage.
Team & Environment
You will receive assignments from the Engineer and Senior Technician.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Bangkok, Thailand.
