Jobgether is hiring a Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex technical and functional information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences, including end-users, developers, and internal teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure documentation supports product adoption, user experience, and operational success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, tutorials, release notes, FAQs, and SOPs.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to style guides, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
- Manage content across platforms using content management systems (CMS), version control, and online help tools.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve user experience through interface text and usability feedback.
- Train internal teams on documentation standards to promote consistency and quality across published content.
- Contribute to defining and refining documentation processes and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software, business applications, or highly technical industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and software (Microsoft Office, screen capture tools, CMS platforms) and basic programming concepts.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional agile teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with readme.com or similar version control systems.
- Fluency in Spanish or Russian.

- Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience and location)
